1. Scope
EpirusTV is operated by Epirus, Inc. ("Epirus", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy applies to the EpirusTV mobile application, H5 experience, video catalogue, rewards, purchases, and related support communications.
Apple processes App Store payments under its own privacy practices. Third-party websites or services linked from EpirusTV may have their own policies.
2. Information We Collect
Account and device information
We may create and store a guest account identifier, user ID, authentication token, device type, operating-system version, app version, language, region, approximate IP-derived location, and basic diagnostics.
Usage and content information
We collect information needed to operate the viewing experience, such as dramas and episodes viewed, playback progress, unlocks, likes, saves, search terms, recommendation interactions, rewards, and support actions.
Purchase information
For iOS purchases, Apple processes your payment. We receive limited transaction information needed to verify purchases and provide benefits, such as product identifiers, Apple transaction identifiers, receipt or signed transaction data, purchase status, membership entitlement state, coin balance, and related order records. We do not receive your full credit-card number.
Support information
If you write to us, we collect your email address and the content of your message so that we can respond.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide playback, recommendations, account continuity, purchases, restore-purchase flows, rewards, customer support, fraud prevention, service security, debugging, analytics, legal compliance, and product improvement.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand catalogue performance and improve the Service.
5. Your Choices
You can manage Apple subscriptions, payment methods, purchase history, and refund requests through your Apple ID settings and Apple's support flows. You can use the in-app restore-purchases button to ask Apple for current entitlements and re-sync eligible purchases.
You may contact us to request account help, privacy assistance, or deletion support. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EpirusTV, maintain account and purchase records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
7. Children's Privacy
EpirusTV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a privacy decision or lodge a complaint with a local regulator.
